Ingredients for 36 Buns:
* 2 Cups of Pre-cooked white corn - PAN
* 3 Cups of Sabanero Semi hard Cheese
* 1 Cup of Corn Starch
*1 Cup of Milk
* 3 Cups of Sabanero Hard Cheese
* 2 Whisked eggs
Preparation - 10mins
Pre-heat oven at 350F
Mix the PAN corn flour and the corn starch, with the rest of the ingredients.
Knead for 8 minutes until dough is smooth.
Divide the Dough in equal proportions and shape in small balls.
Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden and
enjoy!
