This Oaxaca style cheese made by Sabanero is made with Local Milk from Galway and pasteurised oat our factory; this cheese is a cheese influenced by Italian migrants hence the melting capabilities, it has a slightly sour taste with a salty flavour, this cheese is lovingly known as “Quesillo Cheese”
